Tommy founded Commonwealth Strategic Solutions in 2019 and brings over 20 years of leadership experience across private and public sectors. A Service-Disabled Air Force Veteran, he holds deep expertise in business process engineering, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and robotic process automation. Tommy brings a collaborative style, strong business acumen, and a novel approach to clients and partners.
Brittany brings over 20 years of experience, including 11.5 years with ERPi and ECS, where she served as Vice President of the ECS Health Account. Her career spans leadership roles on Capitol Hill, the Small Business Administration, and federal and state-level consulting, with a focus on strategy, growth, and modernization. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Central Florida.
Greg brings 25 years of federal consulting experience, having previously built and sold his consulting business to a global leader in engineering and AI. He now charts new missions for Commonwealth including contact center optimization, AI-driven autonomous triage solutions, and advanced warfighter analytical capabilities. Greg serves on the boards of Keswick Sensory and the Operation Renewed Hope Foundation, organizations supporting families with autistic children and ending Veteran homelessness.
Michelle joined Commonwealth in 2021 and oversees growth, specializing in business development, digital media, and communications strategy. She brings a deep understanding of the federal landscape and believes in design as a way of improving the connections between people and the products they use.
Danielle joined Commonwealth in 2022 and has worked in government consulting and contracting since 2017. She specializes in Program Management and prioritizes strong customer relationships to ensure quality deliverables, satisfied end-users, and compliance with contractual requirements.
Stephanie joined Commonwealth in 2021 and serves as Director of Operations, building and maintaining the operational infrastructure that enables the company to scale efficiently and operate securely. She specializes in designing systems and processes that align people, technology, and data to support both day-to-day execution and long-term growth.
Stacie joined Commonwealth in 2022 and brings over a decade of experience in office management and operations. She oversees key operational and HR functions including onboarding, employee engagement, recruiting, policy compliance, payroll, and day-to-day workflow coordination. Stacie is passionate about building supportive work environments where people feel valued and empowered.
